A new role of Workshop Foreman is to be created. The successful candidate will manage and ensure the smooth running of the Workshop facility and maintenance team. You will ensure that all legal requirements pertaining to this important part of the business are met.

The role involves managing the maintenance and repair programme for all fixed and mobile plant at the Moons Hill complex. You will need a good understanding of quarry operations and will be required to undertake 8(1)(d) (Quarries Regulations 1999) duties for certain activities.

You must have an ability to manage, problem solve, plan, organise, and implement solutions effectively for all logistical requirements, be computer literate and a good communicator and will hold or be working towards a SHE NVQ level 3.
